Expobioenergía has an advisory committee to help Avebiom (Spanish Association for the Energetic Assessment of Biomass) and Cesefor Foundation (Castilla y Leon Wood and Forest Service Center), the organisers of the fair, with regards to work strategies for the promotion of bioenergy in the Iberian Peninsular. They form an ongoing forum for the exchange of information for the development of bioenergy, and carry out activities in order to promote Expobioenergía.

Spanish Association for the Energetic Assessment of Biomass AVEBIOM was created in mid-2004 in order to continue with the development of bioenergy in Spain. The main goal of AVEBIOM is to develop bioenergetic activity and defend the interests of the partners in this sphere. AVEBIOM members comprise companies and institutions related to the bioenergy cycle. | |

The Castille-Leon Centre for Services and Forestry and Industrial Promotion Cesefor Foundation (Castilla y León Wood and Forest Service Center), is a non-profit foundation, whose main goal is to assess the forestry sector and its industry. One of the main strengths of Cesefor is its specialisation in each of the stages of the wood chain: forestry production, industrial transformation of the wood, R&D&I, marketing and communication. Sustainable forestry management and the development of Bioenergy from forestal biomass are some of the priority work areas. |
